1016328_566349253415106_1220613789_nThe ever-soothing presence of a fiery grilled burger can bring good vibes to even the drabbest locales, so when brought to the Pittsburgh equivalent of a beach— the North Shore —the result is sheer bliss. The PittsBurgher annual burger competition is a collection of great vibes, good music, and even better food. The event features every worthy burger the city has to offer as well as live music and fireworks. The winner of the competition gets the crown as “The Best Gourmet Burger In The Burgh,” and attendees, probably less concerned with the contest and more with deliciousness, get to be the judge.

The annual gourmet burger competition and music festival is an opportunity for local vendors/artists and performers to converge beneath the North Shore skies and celebrate their individual craft. It happens Saturday September 14th, 2013 from 1-7PM at the Rivers Casino Amphitheater in the North Shore.

A portion of the proceeds benefit Urban Polish and Serve 2 Cure.
