Like actual sunday gravy, the soon-to-be inaugurated concert series “The Sunday Gravy Show,” is a delicately crafted combination of ingredients that together make for a great experience. Combining music, trivia, and community, The Sunday Gravy Show is a project of Calliope that hopes to become a concert series like no other. Set in different homes in different neighborhoods around Pittsburgh, The Sunday Gravy Show provides an uniquely intimate concert that simultaneously fosters community togetherness. Hosted by professional recording artist and co-founder of The Asylum Street Spankers, Wammo, each show literally takes place in someone’s living room and is limited to only 50 seats.

The Sunday Gravy Show debuts in Pittsburgh on Sunday, November 24 at 4pm featuring folk rocker Frank Orrall. Orrall’s resume is staggering, once a member of the legendary folk group Poi Dog Pondering as well as Thievery Corporation, The Chicago-by-way-of Hawaii musician has traveled the world with his internationally-inspired music. Orrall is also a chef who, upon request, will come to your home and cook a meal accompanied by a performance.

The Sunday Gravy Show’s recipe is somewhat a secret so get tickets fast. The first location in Lawrenceville is only disclosed to ticket holders.

Reservations required. All ages welcome. Refreshments will be served during the smoke free & BYOB show.
