Fashion trucks
Joey Wolffer is photographed in the back of her fashion truck, the Styleliner, in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, June 13, 2012. Wolffer, who hails from New York, NY, started the Styleliner two years ago after being inspired by both the food truck craze and social media. “I love the product,” she says of the fashions she curates. “I like working with different designers and meeting people everywhere.”

— Fashion trucks are growing in popularity. Like food trucks, they travel around cities but sell clothing and accessories instead of gourmet PB and J or Mac ‘n Cheese. Joey Wolffer started her truck, The Styleliner, out of NYC and travels to the Hamptons each summer to sell her vintage goods. She is currently in DC for the month of June and I’ll be visiting her truck in Dupont Circle June 13 at noon to interview her about starting a fashion truck business. —
