Music, Food & Summer Fun: A Guide to Feed More Festival

Greater PGH Community Food Bank
Since the summer of ’95, local organizers at Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank have helped coordinate and host the production of the revered annual Pittsburgh Blues Festival.
This year, they’re bringing forth a new twist as the event is transformed into a day-long benefit concert–newly dubbed the Feed More Festival.
The change of name also comes with a change of scenery, as organizers continue striving to merge their mission of feeding those in need with audience entertainment.
Taking place at Stage AE, Feed More Festival will feature a new structure and diversified lineup of genres this time around.
In addition to traditional blues features in previous years, the upcoming lineup will include a wide range of indie bands, presenting a fresh take on the former concept and taking on a unique new vibe.
This year’s lineup features: Cold War Kids; The Lone Bellow; The Stone Foxes; Lucy Dacus; The Commonheart; Derek Woodz Band; Swiss Army; Angela Autumn Cash; The Mixus Brothers; and The Pawnbrokers.

As expected, Feed More Festival will also feature plenty of food options to feast on. A few of our favorite local food trucks will be onsite throughout the day of performances…
