Race to the Coffin

Race to the CoffinTonight, five of Pittsburgh’s most irreverent comics take the stage at The Arcade Comedy Theater for the first show of their 10-stop Race to the Coffin Comedy Tour. Tim Ross, Shannon Norman, John Dick Winters, Jesse Irvin, and Alex Stypula believe that one or more of them might fall victim to the “Live Fast, Die Young” lifestyle, which is why they decided to band together and tour before it’s too late. Collectively, this group has won comedy contests, hosted local tv shows, graced the cover of newsmagazines, performed for sold out audiences, opened for national touring comics, won story slams, appeared on radio, and “have been paid literally DOZENS of dollars to make people laugh.” The tour is funded in part by a successful Kickstarter campaign, which raised 150% of its needed goal.

Tonight is your chance to give this gang a proper Pittsburgh send-off. The Race to the Coffin Comedy Show starts at 9pm at The Arcade Comedy Theater, 811 Liberty Avenue Downtown. Tickets are only $10 and did we mention that Arcade is BYOB?
